Hampton Court Palace, England

One of the tourist attractions in England is Hampton Court Palace.
This is one of the finest palaces in the World. The owners of the prestigious Palace are Cardinal Wolsey, Elizabeth I and Henry VIII. Tourists can visit this palace in summer between 10 hours and 18 hours. During Winter Season they are allowed only 16.30 hours.



In the palace, tourists are allowed to see an introductory exhibition. Tourists are offered to see the King’s room, Queen’s room and all they like to see the Great Hall which is decorated with spectacular tapestries. The famous Privy Garden and maze are other tourist attractions. Ticket price for Palace, gardens and maze are as follows: Adult are charged - £13.30 and Children between the age group of 5-16 - £6.65. Children under the age of 5 are admitted free.

London’s one of the famous tourist place is The Tower of London. It was built in the year 1080 by William. You can view the huge collection of beautiful Crown jewels. The Tower of London has the collection of around 24,000 and you can see the World famous diamonds here. The Tower of London opening Timings are as follows: During the months between November and March you can visit 9 to 16.30 on Tuesdays to Saturdays and it will be opened from 10 am on Sundays and Mondays. From March to October it will be opened up to 17.30 hours. From 24-26 December and January 1st, The Tower of London will be closed. The Ticket prices for Adult is £16.50 and children in the age group of 6-16 is £9.50 children below the age of 5 are admitted free of cost.

The Theme Park Drayton Manor, U.K.

The Theme Park Drayton Manor and Zoo in Stafford-shire is attracting many tourists to U.K. This park is situated in 280 acres near Tamworth. Windsor Castle, UK Tourism

Windsor castle is one of official residences of the Queen and it is the oldest and largest castle in the World. This Windsor castle is open to general public during the period between March and October. Art lovers like to visit this Windsor castle and watch the some of the famous paintings by Gainsborough and Rembrandt. This castle is queen’s working palace and it may be closed for State official functions. Tourists are asked to contact the Windsor castle office to know the opening hours before visiting.

Usually the working hours of Windsor castle in the months of March – October is as follows: Daily 9.45 to 17.15 and in the months of November – February 9.45 to 16.15. The ticket Prices are as follows: For Adults £14.80 and children below of age of 5 are admitted free of cost and children below 17 years, they are charging £8.50.
