Team Srilanka was attacked by a group of un identified Gun men.This is the most sickening incident to happen.The terrorist group attacked the bus which the Srilankan members where traveling.The incident took place where close to the Gaddafi Cricket Stadium
Habib-ur-Rehman the Lahore police chief said five people were killed in the attack by the unidentified gunmen.This looks to be a very pre-planned attack.Some of th major Srilankan Players are injured.The list includes the Srilankan Captain Jaywerdana ,Chaminda Vaas,Ajantha Mendis,Sangakkara,Samaraveera.
Indians where 1st scheduleded to tour Pakistan at this time.Due to security reason Team India pulled out.The replacement of the Indian team was Srilanka.The Srilankan Team has left now to Abu Dhabi from there they have a flight to Lanka.Only two of the Srilankan players who are injured badly are hospitalised.Lets hope that nothing happens to this players and all of them safely reach Srilanka.
