Afridi replaces Younis Khan as the new T20 Captain
Afridi has been elected as the new captain of the Pakistan Team for T20 matches. This is mainly because the victorious Pakistani former T20 Captain Younis Khan retire from T20 cricket. Younis was very swift in his decision and he announced this immediately after winning the T20 World Cup.
Afridi is very happy since the PCB have finally turned on to him and given him the Captaincy which he had been aspiring for such a long time. Afridi was selected ahead of the Pakistan team Vice-Captain Mishab. When the press people ask Afridi he replied that he is very happy to be the Captain of the T20 team and he also added that he will lead the team in his own way. All the best to the new captain.
