Well look who grew up while we weren't paying attention (at least I wasn't). Another British actress, but born in Paris in 1990 to two lawyers. At least that didn't breed true.
She was first cast for Hermione Granger for the Harry Potter series in 1999, making her more or less 9 years old at the time her die was cast.
With the series now over, she can get on with her life. She has already starred in two non-Potter films ("My Week With Marylin" 2011, and "The Perks of Being a Wallfower" 2012), and has another, "The Bling Ring" in the works.
She has begun some modelling work for Burberry, Lancome, and People Tree.
She is at Brown University in Rhode Island, and expects to graduate this year. She hasn't had much time (nor apparently the inclination) to engage in the hijinks that get so many child stars into trouble.
Good Job.
Now, for some Black Magic Woman...
More Emma below the fold.
Ted has Rosie Huntington-Whitely on display on Weekend Women #47. The DaleyGator links in their Rule 5 roundup, with Keisha Knight-Pulliam. And, of course, special thanks to Wombat-Socho for including this in his weekly Rule 5 roundup, "Rule 5 Monday: Memorial Day". William Teach at Pirate's Cove also has this covered in his weekly "Sorta Blogless Sunday Pinup" and linkfest. Also thanks to the Classical Liberal who linked this in "She's Got the Jack."
