A little dated, from a couple of weeks ago, but it appears that they plan to build a submerged platform,
to roll the ship upright onto, attach floats (caissons) to the sides,
to float the ship, and tow it away to be turned into next years Toyotas...
Work should be getting underway shortly. This is the largest project of this kind ever attempted.
I posted this picture and saying somewhere, and Hogsanta made a poster out of it.
