American Cup: Mustafina vs Mitchell?

Today the FIG released a nominative entry list for the American Cup in Jacksonville, Florida in March. The definitive entry list won't be confirmed until february but both the Men's and Women's list is packed with star power from the recent world championships.

This may have something to do with the fact the American Cup is now part of the FIG world cup series and not simply a showcase of USA talent vs a list of international also-rans (as has often been criticised in the past)

Interesting to note on the WAG list is the number of gymnasts already crossed off (we knew about Rebecca Bross's leg surgery but are others such as Porgras fighting injury?
