Remind you of anyone?

I wrote earlier this month about skaters imitating their idols. How about this one. A student of John Nicks, skating to Dark Eyes, in a dress she borrowed from Sasha Cohen!

14 year old Courtney Hicks of Chino Hills, California holds an 8 point lead over the field in the junior ladies event at the US Champs. The skater told icenetwork that she chose the music and her coach, Nicks didn't like the dress she chose, so he asked the olympic silver medallist if she could borrow one!

Hicks was 5th last year in the Novice nationals. The younger student already has one trick in her arsenal that her idol could never really muster, a clean triple-triple combination. She also has a signature flexibility move, the Twhicks spin (right).
