Canadians - SP results

The ladies short programme at Canadian Nationals was a bit of a splat fest, but Cynthia Phaneuf skated clean to lead the pack by a size-able 8 points. Alexandra Najarro, a promising skater on the junior grand prix this season was the best-of the-rest. Pairless olympian Jessica Dube stumbled on her triple salchow (an error she has a habit of making in singles or pairs) but skated an otherwise solid programme to finish 5th and not out of reach of a medal.
